The terminal is linked to the Estonian Railway via the Vaivara station. It also has access to the rail tracks of the rail station of Sillamäe Port. The railway tank wagon handling facilities allow the simultaneous unloading of 2×44, 2×18 and 2×20 railway tank wagons. We use both upper and lower unloading devices. Closed circulation based on thermal oil is used for heating fuels. The unloading process of a railway wagon can take up to 24 hours in wintertime.
